DANGANRONPA

Danganronpa is currently one of my strongest interests! I started playing in 2022 when a friend recommended that I pick it up after they talked about how much they enjoyed it. My boyfriend (now husband) and I started playing together and really enjoyed the first game. We began playing the second game together shortly after but only made it through 2 trials before we got burnt out because of other life things. Fast forward to 2024, I still thought about the game a lot and really wanted to get back into it. We then recommended it to a couple other friends who hadn't played it, watched them play through the first game until they had caught up to us on game 2. Playing with friends together was absolutely one of the most peak experiences I've ever had--late nights on discord solving the trial together which turned into even later nights of discussing it afterwards. This continued all throughout the 3rd game until we finished it and I realized it shifted into a full-blown hyperfixation/special interest. Ever since finishing it, I spend most of my time thinking it over--coming up with my own theories and headcanons, especially for V3; writing my fanfiction (also based on V3), creating fanart and actually practicing my art more than I have in years since I have something I'm passionate about trying to draw. Danganronpa 2x2 being announced was perfect timing as well as I'm still very much obsessed with it!
